The Open Day showcases Capoeira and the introduction course to new students.

The next Open Day takes place on Wed, 8 Sep 2010 at 6.15pm with the course starting on Mon 13 September.

The program will include a presentation, Capoeira game, an introduction into the history of Capoeira, the content of the introductory course, exercise, movements, drumming and a lot of fun. The presentation will run for 40 minutes.

The introduction course classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays. To join the introduction course please fill out the form available on the day and pay the $120 course fee before starting the first class. As a special price, if you join on the Open Day the course costs just $100. This special price is only available on the Open Day.

Wear a tracksuit or other comfortable clothes; bring a bottle of water and lots of enthusiasm.
