Open Day - August 11th at 6.15pm

 

Children's capoeira classes are continuing throughout school holidays.

The Open Day showcases Capoeira and the introduction course to new students.

The next Open Day takes place on Mon August 11th at 6.15pm with the course starting on Wed August 13th.

The program will include a presentation, Capoeira game, an introduction into the history of Capoeira, the content of the introductory course, exercise, movements, drumming and a lot of fun. The presentation will run for 40 minutes.

The introduction course begins on August 13th at 6.15pm with classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. To join the introduction course please fill out the form available on the day and pay the course fee before starting the first class.

Wear a tracksuit or other comfortable clothes; bring a bottle of water and lots of enthusiasm.
